We require up to 90 days of bank statements to verify your income and expenses as part of our responsible lending assessment. This helps us ensure the loan is suitable and affordable for you. If your bank supports Osko (PayID) payments, funds are typically transferred within minutes of contract acceptance, 24 hours a day including public holidays. For banks that don’t support Osko, transfers are usually completed within 1-3 hours during business hours. Contracts accepted before 2:30pm (Sydney time) on business days will generally be funded the same day; otherwise funds will be deposited the next business day.
Once approved, you will be prompted to review and digitally sign your loan contract (e-Sign). After you sign, funds will be transferred to your nominated bank account.
The cost of your loan depends on the amount borrowed and the loan term. All fees and charges are clearly set out in your loan contract before you accept it. There are no hidden costs. You can see an estimate of the costs of the loan using the calculator function on our website.
Repayments are made automatically via direct debit from your nominated bank account. We will set up repayments to align with your pay cycle (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). The repayment will be deducted on the due date, so please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account.
Your repayment dates are set out in your loan contract and are typically aligned with your pay dates. We will send you reminders before each repayment is due so that you can ensure there are funds available in your bank account.
Yes! You can make additional repayments at any time without penalty. Paying your loan off early will reduce the total interest you pay. There are no early repayment fees.
If you anticipate difficulty making a repayment, please contact us before the due date. If you arrange an alternative payment plan in advance, you may avoid additional fees. If a direct debit is dishonoured, you may be charged a dishonour fee. Late payments can also affect your credit file. It’s always best to communicate with us early if you’re experiencing financial difficulty.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty and cannot meet your repayments, please contact us as soon as possible. We are dedicated to working with you to find a suitable solution. We may be able to arrange alternative payment arrangements or adjust your repayment schedule.
Each application is assessed individually based on your current circumstances. If you have an existing loan, this will be taken into account when considering your ability to repay additional credit. You may apply for another loan, and we will assess whether it is suitable and affordable for you.
